Lynn is aggressive in the best way possible. She is a doer, and she took care of EVERYTHING. My Husband has been in Kuwait and I had to handle the sale of the house all by myself from 4 hours away. Lynn handled it all and I didn't have to worry a bit. HIGHLY recommend

Agent was always available to answer questions. Good advertising on Internet sites. Agent hired excellent photographer to take pictures of our home. Agent recommended excellent staging expert to help stage our house. One negative was law firm recommended did not do a good job.

The responsiveness and expertise of our agent. In the dead of winter, she managed to take pictures of the house from all angles, navigating deep snow and "mountains" of same. The pictures were posted and the house listed within only a couple of days. The magic of the whole experience was the response by potential buyers, and after a total of 4 days, 2 of which we had to "vacate" the house so that people could look at it, she had sold it. We were amazed to experience not even one open house. We further appreciate her availability and communication during the three weeks before closing. If I were in sales, I would hope to present as did our agent and be available to answer the myriad of questions we had before closing. Without a doubt, we knew that we and a satisfactory closing were at the top of her list for the entire duration. We would recommend her and Coldwater Banker to anyone.
